FACTORS INFLUENCING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND BRAND LOYALTY AT LS ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS

The main objective of the study is to analyze the factors influencing customer
satisfaction and brand loyalty on LS electrical products of Alpha Power Engineering
Co., Ltd. The data are collected from 116 respondents who are selected among 120
business customers with structured questionnaire designed with five-point Likert scale.
According to the findings, product quality, perceived value and technical assistance
after sales service are significantly influence on customer satisfaction. Among them,
product quality is recognized as the most influencing factor for customer satisfaction.
The findings prove that brand loyalty is influenced by customer satisfaction. It can be
concluded that by improving product quality, perceived value, delivery, customer
communication and after sales service, the satisfaction of customers can be enhanced
and thereby, lead to loyal customers of the company.
