Reddy, C.Devendranath Thet Mar Win Pho Kaung In the title compound, C19H13Cl2FNO3P, the six-membered 1,3,2-oxaza­phospho­rine ring adopts a screw boat conformation, with the phosphoryl O atom in an axial position.
