<dc:description>Nowadays, automatic control has played avital role in advance of engineering and science. The accurate real-time control system is essentialfor non-stop running industries and production. Inthis paper, Proportional Integral Derivative (PID)based microcontroller is applied in the integratedcircuit to fill the liquid. Arduino, an open-sourceelectronic prototyping platform is used for thissystem. It supports PID function to drive DCmotor by changing its voltage with Pulse WidthModulation (PWM) signal. Ultrasonic sensor isused to detect the liquid level. It can be filled bothlevel and amount of liquid according to thedesired input. By using Stepper Motor, the placeof the sensors and liquid-tap are reached atnecessary location. Proportional gain (Kp),Integral gain (Ki) and Derivative gain (Kd) in PIDcontroller are calculated and compared for thissystem. According to the experimentation, PIDController provides the effectiveness incontrolling thisliquid filling system</dc:description>
