A Token-Based Data Cleaning Technique for Land Application System Aye, Tin Nilar Khine, May Aye The process of detecting and removingdatabase defects and duplicates is referred to asdata cleaning. The fundamental issue of duplicatedetection is that inexact duplicates in a databasemay refer to the same real world object due toerrors and missing data. Duplicate elimination ishard because it is caused by different types oferrors like typographical errors, missing values,abbreviations and different representations of thesame logical value. If the database containduplicate records, it is difficult to analyze thedatabase as well as difficult to extract the requireddata. To get qualified data, data cleaning must beperformed. This paper proposes a system to resolvedirty data in the database and ensuring to get cleandata.
