Case-based reasoning (CBR) is an approachto problem solving and learning, by reusing thesolution to similar problem stored as cases in acase base. Existing electronic shops based onCase-based Reasoning technology allowcustomers to search for adequate products byonly specifying the attributes for the products.They do not further support customers after theretrieval step. In this system, Case-basedreasoning technology is applied for electroniccommerce application on the web.
