An Insight of Critical Success Factors for Non-profit Organization ERP Implementation Process Khaing Non-Governmental organizations (NGOs)have a significant role in the development of thesociety because they play a vital role in the interest ofgeneral public. There are many problems faced bythose NGOs regarding managing their office work,communicate with other branches and maintainingrecords. A readiness assessment is an activity used todetermine the degree of readiness of an organizationto execute a major project and to help identifyspecific area to focus on in the preparation process.Critical Success Factors (CSFs) are the key areas ofactivity in which favorable results are absolutelynecessary for a particular manager to reach hisgoals.
