          <dc:creator>Tun, Myint Thu Zar</dc:creator>
<dc:description>Nowadays, the government in every countryneeds to reduce the living standard gap between therural and urban. Also, the government decides on theenormous amount of data regarding developmentfacilities to become the standard villages. Manydecision making systems have been designed anddeveloped successfully in many areas like medical, business, organization, production, marketing andetc. In this paper, the system implements a decisionmaking information system based on developingvillages to use District development officers, andpersons who know their villages’ conditions. Thesystem can also show the requirements of the specificvillage that is which part of the sections are neededto fulfill. By knowing the requirements of the villages, the government can supply the most undevelopedvillage priority. To use decision making, this systemdefines a village which has 80% rating among rulesas a standard village. But if the village has 0 %condition among rules, it describes the violation ofthe standard village rules.</dc:description>
