          <dc:description>Cloud computing is a rising area within thefield of Information Technology (IT). It has apotential for cost savings to the enterprises but thesecurity risk are also enormous. In cloudenvironment, sensitive data or information iscontinuously exchanged between all the involvedparties. It has to be protected against unauthorizedaccesses. This paper shows an encryption accesscontrol scheme for flexible policy updating in cloudstorage with the help of Ciphertext Policy Attribute-Based Encryption (CP-ABE).When a data owner whoencrypts data updates his access policy, theciphertext is re-encrypted according to new accesspolicy. The aim of proposed scheme intends toprotect personal health records (PHR) for healthcaredomain. It considers generating a secret token key bythe match level between the old and new accesspolicies. It intends to give a full control on dataowner and to be strong re-encryption phase and to get afine-grained access control.</dc:description>
