<dc:description>The aim of this study is to develop a solutionto collect product information from multiplewebsites, and then investigate the relationshipsof various factors that affect customersatisfaction on a product using StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM), so that the systemcan suggest best products which are suitable forcustomer demands. These relationships weretested using a sample of 100 laptop shoppersfrom 4 popular electronic stores in HCM city. The result indicates that the satisfaction ofcustomer with a product depends on someimportant factors such as product configuration, warranty time, post-sale service… which relatedto both product quality and service quality ingeneral. All the steps involved in evaluating thecoefficients of evaluation model areaccomplished with the assistance of StatisticalPackage for the Social Sciences (SPSS), softwareused for statistical analysis. Implications forstore managers and directions for futureresearches are also discussed.</dc:description>
