<dc:description>Myanmar is the morphologically richand highly agglutinative language. Themorphologi-cal synthesizer andanalyzer are required for machinetranslation of English to Myanmarlanguage. This paper the development ofEnglish to Myanmar machine translation systemis implemented applying Rule based machinetranslation approach. Stanford parser is used forpreprocessing step. From this step, the parsergenerates parse tree structure of input sentence. This parser generates corresponding CFG ruleswhich are collected and created as synchronouscontext free grammar SCFG rules. CFG rulesare required for reordering the structure ofEnglish languages. After that tree to treetransformation is carried on the English treestructure which corresponds with used Stanfordparser. When English parse tree is transformedas Myanmar parse tree, it is changed accordingto the SCFG rules. And then system carries outthe morphological synthesis. Particles orclassifiers (ခ ) က ၊ ကင))၊ ကfယorက M) yanmarlanguage can be solved in this system byproposed classifier identification algorithm. After finishing morphological synthesis, this system generates meaningful and appropriatesmoothing sentences.</dc:description>
