Mobile Learning System for Evaluating English Study Course Based on AHP Technique Phyo, Theint Wut Yi Nowadays, mobile technology that is increasing accessibility and affectability,and mobile devices show an essential part in the field of learning, entertainment andcommunication. Mobile devices have the potential in the improvement of educationarea and learning. Mobile learning application has become the fast developmentwhich means all activities that were conducted by using mobile devices. It had beenwidely used in education. One of the educational purposes is mobile applications thatcan be used learning English subject. In addition to education, mobile applications aredeveloping as well as business, social media communication and transportation. Mostevaluation system for mobile applications is choosing the criteria and alternatives ofthe hierarchal level. But some users are confused to evaluate the mobile application.In this situation, Decision Support Systems are the specialized class of computerizedinformation system that supports business and organizational decision makingactivities. In the proposed system, Analytical Hierarchy Process is used to evaluatethe educational mobile application and applied to make a decision in selecting for themost appropriate part of English subject. The main purpose of the proposed system isto improve English skills of students by using English Learning application.
