<dc:description>The design of real-time embeddedsystems involves a constant trade-offbetween meeting real-time design goalsand operating within power and energybudgets. Nowadays, embedded systems arecommonly applied in automotive industry. Some of applications require strict timeresponse, and others need to be exactlyscheduled to execute a period task. All ofthese are called time-sensitive applications.Measuring and evaluating time parametersof an embedded system for time-sensitiveapplications is very necessary fordevelopers to guarantee that it worksfunctionally.By managing the interaction withexternal systems through effective use ofinterrupts can dramatically improve systemefficiency and the use of processingresources. An interrupt handler is part ofan embedded system of real-time operatingsystem (RTOS). An interrupt handler is tohandle the tasks according to the priority. This paper explores how to handleinterrupt among the priority based periodictasks (independent threads) by usingarchitectural features of H8/3069 FZTAT™ microcontrollers.</dc:description>
