Algorithm for Target Detection in a Camouflaged Scene Khin, Thet Thet Sein, Myint Myint This paper focuses on the detection of targetobject from various kinds of objects andcamouflaged scene. We offer to apply a targetdetection method that developed based on thenonlinear correlation approach. The hidden targetis extracted by ortho-normalization and normalizedcorrelation between camouflaged scene and targetvectors. Uniform intensity transformation techniqueis applied for both of them. Target positions can bedetected not only for the same size of the target in ascene but also detect the various sizes and variousoriented target included in scene.
