Implementation of Intelligent Search Mechanism by using Log-Based Forwarding Aung, Pyae Phyo Soe, Khin Mar This system develops an intelligent searchmechanism among large amount of distributed data on a Peerto-Peer network. To illustrate the intelligent search mechanism,the system builds a decentralized newspaper application. Thenewspaper is organized as a network of peers; each peermaintains a set of articles. By using the proposed mechanism, apeer can efficiently search for articles in the newspaper. Thesystem is implemented on top of the P2P network by using Javaprogramming language. The Intelligent Search mechanismimproves on the first by having each peer in the network build aprofile of its peers, and use the profile to find, for each query,which peers are likely to answer.
