<dc:description>Wireless indoor localization is a majorchallenging issue for state-of-the-art technologies andapplications which require precise and robustlocation information. Many restrictions affect theperformance of the wireless indoor localization, forinstance, intricate building architecture, decoratedappliances inside the building, and inaccessibility andunavailability of using GPS in indoor environments.Nowadays, time based indoor localization isconsidered as a better and popular research trend forwireless networks. The major disadvantage of timebased localization techniques is difficulty to attainprecise time synchronization. In this paper, Time-Difference-of-Arrival (TDoA) based wireless indoorlocalization technique is proposed which is based onan effective hybrid time synchronization approach.Python programming language is used for simulationevaluations to highlight the improved localizationperformance. By using the robust and effective hybridtime synchronization, localization accuracy of theproposed system is considerably high.</dc:description>
