Diagnosis of Rice Diseases by using Case-Based Reasoning Aung, Thet Thet Min, Myat Myat Rice cultivation is the major food crop enterprisein Myanmar. Numerous disease of rice has beenfound in rice field cause considerable crop lossesfield. Diseases control and treatment are required inrice field. Case-based reasoning is the computationalreasoning paradigm that involves solving newproblem by recalling old problems and theirsolutions adapt these previous experiencerepresented as case. The effectiveness of CBRdepends on the quality and quantity cases in casebase. The proposed system is to get the informationfor rice disease and by providing the disease controland treatment for input cases. It uses the NearestNeighbor technique for case retrieval and reuses theretrieve case's solution.
