Organizationsinvesting in web technologies and applications arelooking forward to realizing the benefits of theseinvestments, however, this would not be possiblewithout an appropriate tool for measuring thequality of their web sites. Software design metricsis important for measuring quality of web sites[2]. This paper is intended to develop a web pagedesign quality measuring system or supportingnon-professional web designers. The generalapproach in this paper are: identify the fourteenmetrics for each of good or bad quality web pages,measure the design quality of web page by usingNaïve Bayesian Model and predict the designquality of new web page.</dc:description>
