Generating the Structured Answer for Feature-based Sentiment Questions from Customer Reviews War, Nu Nu With the rapid growth the rich opinionatedinformation on various features of product, people aremore interested in opinion questions that canimmediately reflect others’ opinions. Opinion questionanswering is an important research area in opinionmining and Natural Language Processing. Questionanalysis and answer generating are also the importantkeys for this system. A new approach, patternknowledge in linguistic with the POS tagging aredeveloped for feature based sentiment questionsanalysis on the products. This paper also introduces aWordnet based methodology to retrieve the reviewsentences from the customer reviews.
