Sales forecasting is a common approachand activity in most companies affectingoperations, marketing and planning. Forecastingactivity should help decision makers to makebetter decisions in the process of planning thebusiness strategy. This system uses historical salesdata to forecast future sales. By using linearcorrelation method, it calculates the value ofcorrelation for each item. In this way, the systemcan produce which items should promoted orwhich items should not promoted in futuredepending on the value of correlation value ofeach item. This system implements saleforecasting system by applying linear regressionmethod. Rely on implementation result, this systemcan analyze the strong positive, negative and weakcorrelation between item codes by categories. Itcan also show how much impact on each itemcodes by categories.</dc:description>
