Morphological Analysis of Myanmar Language by using Support Vector Machine Htun, Thet Thet Pa, Win Pa In a variety of Natural LanguageProcessing (NLP) tasks, the words syntacticcategories or Part of Speech (POS) tagging is thenecessary process for Myanmar to other languagesmachine translation system. Morphologicalanalysis is the study of internal structure of theword. It is the basic step of POS tagging process.Morphological analysis retrieves the grammaticalfeatures such as POS and properties of amorphologically inflected word (formation of newword from combination of root word and inflectedwords). Morphological analyzer is processed usingsequence labeling with support vector machineclassification algorithm. It can be used in languageanalysis and machine translation systems andmany other NLP application.
