Study of Pyu Ancient City Maingmaw (Pinle) Tin Tin Nyo Myanmar scholars classified and studied the Pyu Civilization, which flourished in Myanmar from 1st-9th century A.D. The famous Pyu cities in Myanmar are Maingmaw (Pinle), Beikthano, Hanlin and Sriksetra. Among these Pyu cities Beikthano, Hanlin and Sriksetra listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. However, Maingmaw (Pinle) remained outside the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Pyu cities.
