          <dc:description>This study seeks to examine the effect of personality traits on emotional&#13;
intelligence and to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on job performance of the&#13;
expatriate teachers at International School of Myanmar (ISM) in Yangon. The date are&#13;
collected from 75 expatriate teachers at ISM in Yangon with structured questionnaire.&#13;
According to the results of study, among five personality traits, extroversion,&#13;
conscientiousness and agreeableness positively affect emotional intelligence. Moreover,&#13;
the results also show that, among five domains of emotional intelligence, empathy and&#13;
self-regulation affect task performance and social skills affect contextual performance of&#13;
expatriate teachers. The study recommend that ISM should focus on personality traits and&#13;
emotional intelligence aspects of each expatriate teacher to achieve more authentic&#13;
performance. ISM needs to be sure that every expatriate teacher is allowed to manage&#13;
own workflow which will be improve their job performance.</dc:description>
