<dc:title>Antitumor Activity of Aqueous and 70% Ethanolic Extracts by Potato Crown Gall (Pcg) Test or Potato Disc Assay (Pda) Method from Carica Papaya L. Leaves</dc:title>
          <dc:creator>Pan Myat Nge</dc:creator>
<dc:description>Carica papaya L. locally known as Thinbaw belongs to the family Caricaceae. This plant which is widely distributed in Myanmar was collected from East Yangon University, Thanlynn Township, Yangon Region. Morphological characters of this plant were studied. Antitumor activity screening of aqueous and 70% ethanolic extracts of Carica papaya L. leaves was carried out by Potato Crown Gall (PCG) test method. It was found that aqueous extract of Carica Papaya L. leaves was significantly better than 70% ethanolic extract in preventing the tumor formation.</dc:description>
