          <dc:description>This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication on employee&#13; satisfaction and to analyze the effect of the employee job satisfaction on their job&#13; performance of Myanma Posts and Telecommunication in Yangon. Primary data is&#13; collected from 223 out of total 500 employees at Myanma Posts and Telecommunication&#13; with structured questionnaire. The study found that all factors of organizational&#13; communication have positive effect on employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the study also&#13; found that employee job satisfaction has positive effect on their performance. The study&#13; recommend that the company should give information needed to do job on time,&#13; communicate employees each other without worrying in order to enhance employee&#13; satisfaction and thereby promote their job performance in Myanma Posts and&#13; Telecommunication in Yangon.</dc:description>
