          <dc:description>This paper intends to analyze the effect of behavioral factors on investment decision&#13; and to analyze the effect of investment decision on investment performance of investors in&#13; Yangon Stock Exchange. Primary data is collected with structured questionnaires to 235&#13; active investors in Yangon Stock Exchange. According to the findings, herding, market&#13; and heuristic factors have significant effect on diversification of investment decision.&#13; Regarding to attribution of investment decision, herding and market factors have significant&#13; effect on it. Regarding to the effect of investment decision on investment performance, it&#13; is found that decision making by means of attribution has significant effect on investment&#13; performance of investors. Thus, investors need to diversify with the aim of long-term&#13; market returns in order to reduce their financial exposures to market downtrend instead of&#13; relying on short term gains.</dc:description>
