          <dc:description>In the case of Yangon Stock Exchange, this study explores the factor influencing&#13; individual investor decision on purchase of stock in Myanmar. Both the primary and secondary&#13; data have been used in this study. The data was collection from individual investor from&#13; securities companies. The five variables used in the analysis are firm image, accounting&#13; information, expert recommendation, financial needs and neutral information. There are more&#13; than 30,000 investors in which approximately1,500 investors are actively participating in stock&#13; market. Among them, 50 people are randomly selected for survey. The study has applied&#13; descriptive research method. Among five factors, majority of the respondents are influenced by&#13; the accuracy of the accounting information and that of the least are followed by neutral&#13; information. The paper reveals that Yangon Stock Exchange should implement the training&#13; activities to general public as well as students and company employer in order to attract both&#13; customers and companies towards the investment of stock in Yangon Stock Exchange. The study&#13; also recommends that interpretation of technical term should be user friendly like how the price&#13; movement is considered and how opening and closing market price are measured to make the&#13; precise decision on trading.</dc:description>
