          <dc:description>This study aims to examine the factors influencing customer satisfaction of and to&#13; analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty of YGN Fitness Center. Through the&#13; analysis of the factors affecting on customer satisfaction, this study found out that physical&#13; factors and personnel factors have significant effect on customer satisfaction towards YGN&#13; Fitness Center. From the analysis, it is found that customer satisfaction has positive effect&#13; on customer loyalty of YGN Fitness Center. To increase customer satisfaction, YGN&#13; Fitness Center should improve physical factors such as convenient location and adequate&#13; space. Moreover, the fitness center should continuously provide trainings to improve&#13; personnel factors of the trainers and staffs in order to increase their helpfulness, friendliness&#13; and privacy protection practices. The fitness center can enhance customer satisfaction by&#13; focusing on physical factors and personnel factors to improve customer loyalty of YGN&#13; Fitness Center.</dc:description>
