          <dc:title>FACTORS INFLUENCING CONSUMER TRUST ON MOBILE WALLET IN YANGON  (Aung Myoe Hsu Mon, 2019)</dc:title>

          <dc:description>The main objectives of this study are to identify the influencing factors on trust of&#13; mobile wallet users in Yangon and to analyze the relationship between consumer trust and&#13; consumer loyalty of mobile wallet users in Yangon. For primary data, one hundred and&#13; sixty-nine customers of mobile wallets are interviewed with structured questionnaire and&#13; are chosen by using multi-stage sampling method. Secondary data is collected from&#13; journals, articles, text books, and websites. According to the findings, provider&#13; trustworthiness and trust level in products and services have a positive influence on&#13; consumer trust. Consumer trust is affected by consumer awareness about mobile wallet&#13; services. Perceived technical and security risks of consumers also affect consumer trust.&#13; Among four influencing factors, provider characteristics and perceived risks have&#13; significant influence on consumer trust. It is also found out that consumer trust can generate&#13; consumer loyalty. Therefore, mobile wallet providers should focus on their trustworthiness,&#13; awareness of customers and perceived risks of consumer to attract and retain customers and&#13; to accelerate the growth of the mobile wallet industry.</dc:description>
