          <dc:description>The study explores the effect of training practices on employee performance in SGS&#13; (Myanmar) Limited in Yangon. The data is collected with a structural questionnaire, which&#13; is designed with five-point Likert scale. from employees of SGS (Myanmar) Limited. The&#13; study examines how different types of training practices affect employee commitment and&#13; employee performance and which type of training are more beneficial to SGS (Myanmar)&#13; The results of this study highlighted the effect of training practices on employee’s&#13; commitment and the effect of employee commitment on their performance in SGS&#13; (Myanmar). The findings point out that both on-the-job training and off-the-job training&#13; have positive effect on all types of employee commitment. It is also found that only&#13; affective commitment has positive effects on employee performance. Therefore, SGS&#13; (Myanmar) should need to provide both types of training for improvement of employee&#13; commitments and there by enhancement of the employee performance.</dc:description>
