          <dc:title>FACTORS INFLUENCING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IN UAB BANK LIMITED (Myat Thiri Han, 2019)</dc:title>

          <dc:description>This study aims employee engagement factors which affect employee&#13; engagement by examining human resource management practices of UAB Bank&#13; Limited. The study was focused by the following objectives which are to identify&#13; human resource management practices in UAB Bank Limited and to analyze the&#13; influencing factors of employee engagement in UAB Bank Limited. The target&#13; population of this study was employees who are working at UAB Head Office. The&#13; structured questions are distributed through Head Office Departments of UAB and&#13; random employee of 100 respondents were taken. In order to carry out the specified&#13; two objectives, both primary and secondary data are used. The descriptive analysis&#13; method, correlation and regression analysis were used. Employee engagement practices&#13; are measured with four aspects namely employee relationship, employee opportunities,&#13; working environment and compensation &amp; benefits. According to the results of this&#13; study, there are positive and significantly correlated with human resource management&#13; practices on employee engagement. By examining human resource management&#13; practices of the organization, the most significant factor is compensation and benefits&#13; than other factors. Employee relationship and opportunities factor were found less&#13; weakness. Based on the results of this study, the bank needs to be implemented effective&#13; employee engagement strategy in order to get more engaged and loyal employees.</dc:description>
