          <dc:description>The main objectives of the study are to examine the effect of job characteristics&#13; on job satisfaction of employees and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on job&#13; performance of employees at TTN Group Company Limited. The data are collected from&#13; 120 respondents of different departments by using structured questionnaires. The findings&#13; indicate that among the five job characteristics, skill variety, task significance and&#13; autonomy have positive effect on job satisfaction of the employees at TTN Group&#13; Company Limited. The results also indicate that job satisfaction has strong impact on job&#13; performance of employees at TTN Group Company Limited. This study highly&#13; recommends the company to review the job nature on task identity and the feedback of&#13; the employees, so as TTN Group Company Limited to specify an appropriate mechanism&#13; to enhance the job satisfaction of the employees.</dc:description>
