BRAND LOYALTY OF CUSTOMERS ON DAIKIN AIR CONDITIONER IN YANGON (Kyaw Soe Min, 2019) Kyaw Soe Min This paper aims to study the brand loyalty of Daikin air conditioner in Yangon. The main objectives of this paper are to identify the influencing factors of brand attitude towards Daikin air conditioner and to analyze the effect of brand attitude on brand loyalty to Daikin air conditioner in Yangon. The data are collected from 120 customers of Daikin air conditioner users in area of Yangon. According to multiple regression analysis, customer service factor has significant impact on brand attitude and brand attitude also have positive impact on brand loyalty.
