          <dc:description>This study explores the effect of organizational culture on job performance of&#13; employees at AYA Myanmar General Insurance Co., Ltd. The objective of the study is to&#13; analyze the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment at AYA&#13; Myanmar General Insurance Co., Ltd and to explore the effect of organizational&#13; commitment on job performance of employees in AYA Myanmar General Insurance Co.,&#13; Ltd. The primary data are collected from 155 respondents of different positions and&#13; different departments by using simple random sampling method with structured&#13; questionnaires. The organizational culture has positive effect on organizational&#13; commitment. Involvement, consistency and adaptability are the most influencing factors&#13; on affective commitment. Normative commitment is mostly influenced by both consistency&#13; and mission. For continuance commitment; involvement, consistency, and mission are&#13; mostly influenced. The result also supports that all three types of organizational&#13; commitment: affective, normative, continuance have strong influence on both contextual&#13; and task performance of employees at AYA Myanmar General Insurance Co., Ltd.</dc:description>
