          <dc:description>This study examines the entrepreneurial factors influencing performance of women-owned enterprises in Mandalay. The objectives of the study are to investigate the demographic and business profiles of women-owned enterprises in Mandalay and to analyze the entrepreneurial factors affecting on performance of women-owned enterprises in Mandalay. Primary data were collected in 2026 from the142 members of the Mandalay Women Business Association using a simple random sampling method through structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive
statistics and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that commitment, independence, and experience have positive and statistically significant effects on business performance, while innovation does not have a statistically significant effect on business performance. Among the independent variables, experience is the most influential factor affecting on the business performance of women-owned enterprises in Mandalay. Although innovation did not show a significant effect on business performance among Mandalay Women Business Association members and had a
negative relationship in this study, it should not be disregarded, as it still holds potential value for long-term development. Therefore, the Mandalay Women Business Association should place greater emphasis on promoting practical, cost-effective, and market-oriented innovation. In addition, providing technical support, training, and continuous guidance is essential to ensure that innovation can be effectively translated into tangible improvements in business performance and contribute to the sustainable growth of women-owned enterprises.</dc:description>
