          <dc:title>Human Resources Management and  Sustainability of Myanma Tourism Bank in Myanmar ( Myat Thinn Maw, 2024)</dc:title>

          <dc:description>This study examines the Human Resources Management and Sustainability of Myanma Tourism Bank in Myanmar. It aims to examine human resource management practices of MTB Bank in Myanmar and to analyze the effect of human resource management practices of MTB Bank in Myanmar in terms of sustainability of MTB Bank. A descriptive method is applied in this study. Both primary and secondary data were used in this study. The survey is conducted by using structured questionnaires with 5-point likert 
scale. Data are collected from 250 employees (50 percent) out of 500 MTB employees. It is found that there are systematic recruitment and selection process, training and development programmes for employees to improve operation efficiency, fair and 
transparent performance appraisal, good rewards and recognition system and fair compensation and benefits at bank. By maintaining and developing qualified workforce, MTB bank achieves sustainability in terms of return on equity, customer satisfaction, fewer complaints and launching of new products. Based on the findings of MTB bank, it can be concluded that Myanmar private banks can achieve sustainability by practicing HRM practices.</dc:description>
