<dc:title>Factors Affecting Consumers Behavior Towards Home Loans in Myanmar’s Banking Sector (Myanma Apex Bank - MAB) ( Ei Ei Than, 2024)</dc:title>
          <dc:creator>Ei Ei Than</dc:creator>
<dc:description>This study analyzes factors affecting consumer behavior towards home loans,
particularly in the context of Myanma Apex Bank (MAB). This study aims to identify
consumer behavior factors influencing home loans at Myanma Apex Bank, as well as
examine opportunities and challenges in this consumer behavior. This study used
descriptive and regression analysis methods using primary and secondary data from
205 home loan customers from 10 branches selected from 35 branches in Yangon
using simple random sampling. The analysis focuses on five main factors: home loan
decisions, consumer awareness and understanding, opportunities, challenges, and
overall consumer behavior and preferences. Research shows awareness plays a crucial
role in consumer financial decisions, while challenges in loan accessibility and
application processes are significant barriers to homeownership. The research
provides understanding for financial institutions to enhance their loan products and
for policymakers to create supportive regulations that promote homeownership and
financial inclusion. The results emphasize the importance of improving consumer
awareness, reducing application barriers, and enhancing customer service to meet the
evolving needs of the housing loan market of Myanmar.</dc:description>
