          <dc:description>This study aims to examine the effect of employee resilience, high performance 
work systems, employee ambidexterity on organizational resilience and employee wellbeing at Thukha Mingalar Medical &amp; Diagnostic Center. In this study, both primary and 
secondary data are used. Sample size is 73 out of 89 employees from Thukha Mingalar 
Medical &amp; Diagnostic Center by using Raosoft sample size calculator. To select the 
respondents, simple random sampling method is used in the study. The questionnaire 
survey method is used to collect the primary data. Secondary data is collected from 
relevant textbooks, some previous research papers, and reports from Thukha Mingalar 
Medical &amp; Diagnostic Center. For data analysis, both descriptive statistics and regression 
analysis are applied. Based on the regression analysis, employee resilience, motivation, 
opportunity, exploitation and exploration have positive and significant effect on 
organizational resilience. Organizational resilience has positive and significant effect on 
employee well-being. The study suggests that Thukha Mingalar Medical &amp; Diagnostic 
Center should focus on strengthening these key factors employee resilience, motivation, 
opportunity, and ambidexterity (exploitation and exploration) to build a resilient 
organization that enhances employee well-being.</dc:description>
