The Effect of Elevating Security Measures on YOMA Bank’ Surveillance and Control System Infrastructure ( Han Thu Htoon, 2024) Han Thu Htoon This study explores the performance and reliability of Yoma Bank’s surveillance and control system by analyzing data collected from 351 employees to assess their satisfaction on three key security areas, with security personnel and procedures, security measures and technology, sustainable and resilient environment, and identify areas for improvement in the banking sector. It was found that high satisfaction with three key security areas, suggested to adopt advanced technology, and the need for better communication and training in security measures to improve Yoma Bank’s security posture, and to set a benchmark for the banking industry. A secure banking sector fosters a stable financial environment, attracts foreign investment, and contributes to overall economic development of Myanmar. 2024-10-01 https://meral.edu.mm/records/10342
