<dc:title>Factors Influencing customer satisfaction of farmer development bank (Zar Lwin Htet, 2024)</dc:title>
          <dc:creator>Zar Lwin Htet</dc:creator>
<dc:description>The study aim is influencing factors and customers satisfaction of Farmer
Development Bank. The objectives of the study are to identify service quality of Farmer
Development Bank (FDB) and to examine the effect of influencing factors on customer
satisfaction towards Farmer Development Bank (FDB). The sample size was
determined Taro Yamane (1967), resulting in a sample of 105 out of a total population
of 150 Farmer Development Bank customers. The study indicates that influencing
factors that impact customer satisfaction at Farmer Development Bank revolves around
tangibles, which include the physical facilities, equipment, and appearance of the bank.
Although tangible elements play a moderate role in customer satisfaction, they are
essential for making a favorable initial impression and improving the overall customer
experience. A study on reliability at Farmer Development Bank can greatly influence
customer contentment and allegiance. Therefore, the influencing factors have a positive
impact on customer satisfaction. The study suggests that the Farmer Development Bank
in Myanmar can create a customer-centric environment that prioritizes reliability,
empathy, ease of use, and other key elements to drive satisfaction and build long-lasting
relationships with their customers.</dc:description>
