          <dc:creator>Mya Nan Kaythi</dc:creator>
<dc:description>This study aims to examine the crisis management practices on the performance
of the CB Bank PCL during complex crises, with a focus on the recent COVID 19
Pandemic. The primary objective of this study is to identify the crisis management
practices and to analyze the effect of the crisis management practices on the
performance of CB Bank during Covid 19 crisis. The study used a quantitative research
design. Simple random sampling method also used to collect primary data from 86
employees out of 360 employees working at CB Bank PCL Head Office in Yangon.
The descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression model were used in this study.
Secondary data were collected from various sources such as previous research papers,
journals, textbooks, websites and relevant information from CB Bank websites. Crisis
management practices in this study are crisis detection, crisis prevention, crisis
containment and business communication. According to the statistical study of the four
specified crisis management components, business communication and crisis detection
are significant to the performance of CB Bank. Among them, business communication
is the most significant variable and fundamental component of crisis management
approaches affecting the performance of CB Bank during the crisis. The bank needs
more sophisticated approaches to improve the crisis management capability more
efficiently and should focus more on effective communication strategies during the
crisis which will enhance the bank’s ability to respond swiftly to crisis and maintain
confidence among employees and customers</dc:description>
