          <dc:description>This study aims to analyses the non-bank financial institutions in Myanmar.
The necessary data is obtained from Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) and
descriptive method is used in this study. The respondents for this study are selected
from two sides. There are 100 customers of NBFIs and 20 employees who are
working in finance companies (NBFIs) in Myanmar. According to the study, NBFIs
in Myanmar can effectively address the challenges and enhance their contributions to
financial inclusion and economic development. A strategic focus on risk management,
infrastructure development, client education, customer service, product innovation,
diversified funding and comprehensive impact measurement enables NBFIs to
navigate the complexities of the financial landscape and achieve sustainable growth.
Collaboration with stakeholders including government agencies, technology
providers, and community organizations are essential in realizing these goals and
fostering a more inclusive financial ecosystem in Myanmar.</dc:description>
