          <dc:title>Factors Affecting Operational Performance of Insurance Companies in Myanmar  (Myint Naing, 2024)</dc:title>

          <dc:description>Analyzing the variables influencing the operational performance of insurance
businesses in Myanmar is the primary goal of this research. The study's goal is
achieved via the use of quantitative research techniques and descriptive statistics. For
the main data, 108 employees above manager level from a sample of 147 employees
from 27 insurance businesses were chosen using a simple random selection technique.
Instruments such as research questionnaires are used to gather data. In this study, six
main independent variables as regulation, customer awareness, technological
advancement, risk management, product development, and ethical operations, and
dependent variables – operational performance. In this study, staff perception on
factors affecting operational performance has high level of perception. The study
found that customer awareness, technological advancement, product development,
and ethical operations are statistically positive significant effect on operational
performance. To enhance operational performance, businesses should focus on
improving customer awareness, leveraging technological advancements, fostering
product development, and optimizing their ethical operations. Customer awareness
can be boosted through targeted marketing campaigns, educational content, and
customer engagement initiatives. Moreover, Insurance companies in Myanmar should
prioritize product development by investing in research and development (R&amp;D) to
innovate and meet evolving market demands. improving the organizational situation
involves fostering a positive company culture, strong leadership, and efficient internal
processes.</dc:description>
