          <dc:title>Perceptions of Virtual Students towards E-learning of  Private Universities and Colleges in Mandalay</dc:title>

          <dc:description>E-learning has been a more and more appealing option since the launch of the Internet, and it is becoming better and better every day. The Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) has shaken the educational systems in the Myanmar and all parts of the world. It created a series of pedagogical shifts that posed opportunities and threats to the quality of education, especially Private Universities and Colleges in the Mandalay that cater to over thousand students in 2020. The perspective of virtual students' attitudes toward e-learning in Mandalay is examined in this study. This study employed a descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Two hundred and fifty-two students completed a web-based closed-question survey. By examining the attitudes about e-learning at Private Universities and Colleges and using Cronbach's Alpha, the instrument's reliability and 
validity were assessed. Using SPSS, descriptive and inferential statistics were applied in this study. The responses to the surveys were examined, and the perceptions of the students were compared to their gender, age, education, and field of study. The findings indicated that online learners have a favorable opinion of e-learning. According to a multiple regression analysis, three variables (students' perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and self-efficacy) have significant and positive effect on students’ attitude towards using level regarded e-learning. It is suggested that the policymakers, principals, and CEOs of public and private universities and colleges can support the value of online learning, such as the simplicity of 
studying from any location, which is not achievable with traditional face-to-face learning</dc:description>
