Demographic Profile of the Bamar and Their Ethnic Clusters in Historical Sources Yin Yin Khine Ni Zin Soe The Bamar is the largest ethnic population of Myanmar and linguistically includes in the Tibeto-Burman and composes eight ethnic clusters in line with the records of British administration. Most of them are Buddhists and scatter throughout the country. Not only do the people live in Myanmar but also other indigenous people live together in this land although they occupy the majority of population. Politically, they founded kingdom in the central valley of Myanmar and could built their territories.
