          <dc:title>Effect of Performance Management and Supervisor Support on Employee Satisfaction in Myanma Tourism Bank (Aye Min Htike, 2023)</dc:title>

          <dc:description>This paper aims to study employee satisfaction of Myanma Tourism Bank. The
main objectives of this paper are to examine the effect of performance management on
satisfaction of employees and to analyze the moderating effect of supervisor support on the
relationship between performance management and employee satisfaction of Myanma
Tourism Bank. There are 500 employees in 24 Branches of MTB Bank in Yangon, 350 are
non-managerial and 150 are managerial (MTB, 2023). Among them, 184 non-managerial
employees are selected by using Raosoft sample size calculator. Primary data are collected
through Five-point Likert scale questionnaires by using simple random sampling method.
According to the regression analysis, the results show that objective and goal setting,
encouraging productive behavior and feedback on performance have positive and
significant effect on employee satisfaction. The analysis result indicates that supervisor
support has complete moderating effect on the relationship between encouraging
productive behavior and employee satisfaction. The analysis result implies that supervisor
support has partial moderating effect on the relationship between objective and goal setting,
and employee satisfaction of Myanma Tourism Bank.</dc:description>
