An Assessment on Health Seeking Behavior Among long Distance Truck Drivers And Helpers in Dawei Highway Bus Station (Kyaw Swar Lwin, 2023) Kyaw Swar Lwin This study aimed to understand the health-seeking behavior of long-distance truck drivers and helpers, who face occupational hazards and challenges that can negatively affect their well-being. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from randomly selected sample 154 participants in Dawei Highway Bus station. The findings revealed several factors influencing their healthcare utilization patterns, including limited access to healthcare facilities, financial constraints, lack of awareness about preventive healthcare, demanding work schedules, and the perception about healthcare as a low priority. Participants expressed a desire for community-based organizations to address these challenges. By addressing these factors and implementing targeted interventions, the overall health outcomes of longdistance truck drivers and helpers can be improved, leading to safer working conditions in the transportation industry. 2023-08-01 https://meral.edu.mm/records/9028
