A Study on Structural Change in Myanmar's Rice Ecport(1971-2017) (Lwan Poe Aein, 2018) Lwan Poe Aein The agricultural sector in most of the developing country has been playing a major role in the economic development. Rice in the most important crop not only for stable-food but also for export and its covers the largest proportion ofcrops areas. So this study about the export of rice in Myanmar from 1971-2017. The main objective of this study is to examine the structural change in Myanmar's rice export. The data used in this study were collected from various issues of Statistical Yearbooks. According to the result of the pre-test for homoscedasticity, it was found that structural change should be used. After that, test for structural change of rice export in Myanmar was conducted using Chow test at the tuming point 1988.
