          <dc:title>Employee Attitude Towards Human Resource Management Practices of Selected Private Banks In Yangon (Ma May Win Aye, 2018)</dc:title>

          <dc:description>The focus of the study is to investigate the employee attitude towards human
resource management practices of selected private banks in Yangon such as First
Private Bank (FPB), co-operative Bank (cB), Myanmar oriental Bank (MoB) and
Myanma Apex Bank (MAB). The objectives of the study are to identify and analyze
the employee attitude towards human resource management practices of selected
private banks in Yangon. In this study was carried out in four out of twenty-four
private banks in Yangon. Data collection from this study was based on 200 employee
attitudes towards human resource management practices of selected private banks. In
order to meet these objectives, the descriptive research method was conducted in this
study. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires by interviewing
and meeting responsible persons from selected private banks. The study found that
human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development,
performance appraisal, compensation, safety and health, and employee relation. Based
on the findings of the analysis, the study suggested that the banks should provide to
allow staff participate in selection process, to provide seminar, workshop,
conferences, different short course, and to prevent accident from workplace, support
housing loan, transport allowance in order to satis$r in workplace for all bank,s
employee so that these employees also provide the best services to customer.
Therefore, this study attempts to. highlight a more comprehensive understanding of
employee attitude based on human resource management practices of selected private
banks.</dc:description>
