A Study on Safety Culture and Safety Performance of Combined Cycle Power Plant (Sandar Aung, 2023) Sandar Aung This study analyses the safety culture knowledge, attitudes and practice/ performance of safety management culture in a combined cycle power plant. The study employed descriptive method by using primary and secondary data. In this study, 240 respondents from four power plants are asked to collect the data and their responses are gathered through structured questionnaire with 5 point Likert- scale. It is found that employees of the power plants have a good understanding of safety culture and demonstrate positive attitudes and practice/ performance. Therefore, the power plant management prioritizes to continue the development of a positive safety culture through training programs, communication, and feedback mechanisms to improve safety. 2023-03-01 https://meral.edu.mm/records/8854
