          <dc:title>Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction And Employee Performance in Naypyitaw Development Bank Limited (Khin Swe Oo, 2022)</dc:title>

          <dc:description>The main objectives of this study are to examine factors influencing on job
satisfaction in Naypyitaw Development Bank Limited and to analyze the effect of job
satisfaction on employee performance in Naypyitaw Development Bank Limited(NDB).
In order to carry out the two objectives, both primary and secondary data are used. There
are totally 305 employees in NDB. Among them 173 employees are selected by simple
random sampling method. The secondary data were collected from relevant texts,
previous papers, organization’s records and internet websites. Questionnaires are used to
collect data from selected employees. To analyze the data, descriptive statistic method
and multiple regression method are used. The results show that achievement oriented,
participative and supportive have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees. For
the findings of compensation practices, promotion and rewards have significant effect on
job satisfaction. Finally, it has been discovered that job satisfaction strongly effects on
employee performance in NDB. Management should pay incentive plan to job
satisfaction because satisfied employees will be more motivated to improve their
competencies and capabilities, which will increase their work performance.</dc:description>
